The renovation of this Art Deco penthouse apartment at Bondi Beach, Sydney opens the interior to an external courtyard and delineates internal space by a series of joinery walls. The new sits lightly within the historic shell with period features remaining intact while modern considerations are addressed and sinuous curves touch lightly on Art Deco angles.
