Mauricio Arruda is a freaking genius. His designs (that we've featured often) are always fun, quirky, modern, and creative, and full of energy. This home is a 200 sq m apartment built in the 50s that had never been renovated. Most of the walls were torn down, and materials such as stone, concrete and wood added. Lots of cool furnishings were added, including some of Mauricio's designs such as the lighting in the corner of the living room and the TV and bedside cabinets.
