Got my checklist for today's real estate stalking. Apartment in an old textile factory. Tick. Saw-tooth roof line. Tick. Large metal framed windows. Tick. Inner city Melbourne, Fitzroy to be precise. Tick. Red brick. Double tick. Think my factory conversion wish list is complete. If the owners throw in the hanging garden of string and moss wrapped plants then I might just sign on the dotted line.
